“It’s honestly hard to put into words just how excellent the service was from Michelle! Her and Shillings professionalism were top notch; every question was answered promptly and in an organized way, and their knowledge and advice ultimately took all our anxiety away from the home buying process. To start, we found Michelle Senter on Zillow when we were looking at new builds in the South Tyler area. Seeing as this was our first home, we really wanted to spend time comparing options, build quality and so on. We reviewed maybe 6 new builds before deciding that we wanted to review duplex’s and older single family homes that have stood the test of time. There was nothing wrong with the new builds specifically, they just were not what we were looking for. Despite us being picky and changing our minds a couple times, Michelle was patient and quick to pivot to our needs without a moments hesitation! After everything we ended up buying a property outside of her network. We were so impressed with her that we decided to add her in as agent despite the home being pre-market. We were already impressed with her before the sale, but during closing was where her high level knowledge and network really shined! The seller was very rude and tried not to cover any closing costs, but Michelle pushed hard to get us as good of a deal as possible and somehow through her magnetic personality was able to get the deal to work a lot more in our favor. She even set us up with excellent mortgage insurance that will cover some of the repairs we need to do this year. Again, we just can’t thank her and her team enough.
